heroism, bravery, tournament and championship are words from diff ppl when i asked them what do u think of when u hear the word (hero)…
People have different opinions and visions of what it means to be a hero. When I asked others what comes to mind when they hear the word "hero," responses varied widely. Some associated heroism with bravery, saying a hero is someone with the courage to act first, to lead, and to take on challenges despite risks. Others thought of heroes as champions who achieve greatness in sports, competitions, or battles—those who fight to come in first. Some, however, imagined supernatural heroes from fantasy stories, like Superman or characters from Dragon Ball, who possess extraordinary abilities and inspire admiration.
While these interpretations differ, I noticed a shared theme: heroes, regardless of context, are strong and purposeful. They set goals and remain steadfast until those goals are achieved. Sometimes, heroism arises out of necessity rather than choice—like individuals in wartime or in moments of crisis. In such situations ,adults and children, rejecting the enemy and stay on your feet is what makes you a (hero).
When I think of a hero, I think of my Aunt she didn’t fight for the country but she fought for her self with a strong determination and never gave up for the frustration and illness : she fought and survived cancer.
I remember the day she was in the hospital and we were kids and didnt know why didn’t question it but one day she came home bald head and we laughed with white heart with her because we thought its a joke or new style , Throughout her treatment, she never let us see her falter. Even on her hardest days, when she was weak from chemo, she would still smile, making jokes to lighten the mood. She wore colorful scarves to cover her head after losing her hair, calling herself "fashionably bald."
But what amazed me most was her strength when she talked about her future. She made plans, dreaming of vacations, new recipes to try, My aunt showed me that being a hero isn’t about being invincible. It's about standing up to life’s darkest moments, never give up .
Today, my aunt is cancer-free, and her and she’s my hero for seeing her now like nothing ever happened to her she’s in a good health like she still in her 30s al hamdulilah .
